Mission Statement:
The Hillsdale County Board of REALTORS® promotes the success of its members by encouraging professionalism, providing educational opportunities, fostering member communication, providing member services, and participating in real estate public policy development. The Board seeks to adhere to and promote Fair Housing Policies and to promote equity, diversity and inclusion in all of its activities. The Board seeks to enhance the public image of REALTORS® and promote their involvement in the community.

REALTOR® Award Requirements
As of May 1 of Current Award Year:
Lifetime Achievement Award
-
Must have been a REALTOR® (NAR member) at least 15 years

Must have been Local Board Member for at least 5 years
-
Must have been involved with the local Board (as a member of a committee or the Board of Directors) for at least two of the last five years.

Award based on activities and sales over entire career

Can receive award only once
REALTOR® of the Year

Award based on activities and sales during the current year only

Can receive multiple times
-
Must have completed at least 12 transactions during the past 12 months (5/1-4/30) Must have served on at least one local Board Committee or been a member of the Board of Directors during the past 12 months (5/1-4/30)
Rookie of the Year
-
Must have been Local Board Member at least 12 months, but no more than 24 months

Must have completed at least 5 transactions during the past 12 months (5/1-4/30)

Award based on activities during their first year(s) as REALTOR®

Can receive award only once
